Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in London seeks a Platform Product Manager to lead the Cloud Platform Engineering tribe, shaping product vision across multiple squads and partnering with Engineering, Security, Risk and Compliance to deliver a resilient, secure, and developer-friendly platform.

You will translate strategy into measurable outcomes, manage the backlog, and drive adoption of platform capabilities with clear documentation and enablement for application teams.

Qualifications

• Senior product management experience for cloud or platform products.
• Experience with platform governance, risk and regulatory controls.
• Strong stakeholder management with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the Cloud Platform vision and multi-year strategy aligned to ICB and firmwide objectives; translate strategy into measurable outcomes and cross-team roadmaps.
• Lead discovery with platform users and partners to define capabilities that elevate developer experience, reliability, performance, cost efficiency and compliance.
• Define and prioritise a transparent backlog; decompose initiatives into incremental value with crisp acceptance criteria; make data-informed trade-offs across scope, schedule and risk.
• Establish high standards for product artefacts and decision quality; work with Platform Engineering peers to raise velocity and impact.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to ensure scalable, reliable architectures and operational excellence.
