Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Cloud Service Enablement team is seeking a Product Manager to shape Atlas Marketplace strategy and expansion across multiple Cloud Service Providers. You will drive release pipeline improvements and align engineering and business stakeholders to deliver value at scale.

You will translate complex requirements into user stories, monitor platform performance, and engage customers to ensure the product meets evolving needs.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on product management concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Experience leading product lifecycle activities from discovery to delivery and customer value management.
• Technical background with knowledge of cloud platforms or infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels, including senior management.
• Ability to own and manage a product backlog and translate strategy into delivered work.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and business teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Atlas Marketplace and Release Management product strategy and vision.
• Own and maintain a backlog aligned with roadmap and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Drive discovery to identify customer needs and platform improvement opportunities.
• Define a roadmap that supports multi-Cloud expansion and evolving infra needs.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product performance and adoption metrics to inform prioritization.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate assumptions.
• Represent the product in senior leadership forums with clear updates on progress and risks.
