Job summary
Accenture Song seeks a Product Manager – AI-Enabled Customer Experience in London to define and drive product strategy across AI-powered customer journeys. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to translate insights into backlog-driven roadmaps, lead discovery activities, and partner with UX, engineering and data science to deliver measurable customer impact.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in Product Management or related leadership role with ownership of a product roadmap.
- Experience with AI-enabled products, GenAI or ML-driven solutions, and customer-facing AI experiences.
- Proven ability to lead stakeholders in consulting/transformation environments and coach product teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled customer journeys (e.g. chatbots, personalization).
- Translate requirements into clear product backlogs and delivery plans.
- Lead discovery activities, customer research, and stakeholder workshops to validate opportunities.
- Act as Product Owner for agile teams, manage backlog, plan sprints, and releases.
- Partner with UX, engineering, and data science to ship features that improve customer experience.
