Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Product Manager to join our Digital Services practice in the UK. You will define and deliver product strategy, owning the roadmap and backlog while coordinating with design, engineering, data and change teams to drive measurable value.

You will lead AI-enabled product management, ensure user-centred outcomes, and translate regulatory requirements into practical product decisions. The role requires experience in regulated environments and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Experience leading product in regulated environments.
Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills.
Proven ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
Familiarity with Agile and scaled Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Own the product backlog and balance value, user needs, risk, cost, policy, regulation and technical considerations when prioritising decisions.
Define success measures, KPIs, and product outcomes.
Monitor product performance using analytics and user feedback to drive improvements.
Lead AI-enabled product management practices to deliver faster, valuable outcomes.
Translate compliance requirements into product decisions and work with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and change specialists to deliver digital products.
