Accenture is seeking a Product Manager – AI-Enabled Customer Experience in London. You will define and own the AI-driven product roadmap, translating stakeholder requirements into tangible backlogs and priorities.

You’ll partner with UX, data science and engineering to deliver measurable improvements in customer journeys. You will lead discovery, validate opportunities, and act as Product Owner for agile teams.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years' experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related leadership role.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, GenAI, or ML-driven customer experiences.
• Experience managing digital customer experience products across e-commerce, customer service, or engagement channels.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience leading Product Owners, Business Analysts, or product teams.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled customer journeys (e.g. chatbots, personalisation, self-service).
• Translate requirements into clear product backlogs and prioritized delivery plans.
• Lead discovery activities, customer research, and stakeholder workshops to validate opportunities.
• Act as Product Owner for agile delivery teams, managing backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritisation, and release scope.
• Partner with UX, engineering and data science to ship AI features that measurably improve customer experience.
• Drive design and delivery of AI-enabled journeys including self-service, customer support, commerce, and personalisation experiences.
• Define and measure success through adoption, customer satisfaction, conversion, and business value metrics.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as strategic adviser throughout delivery.
