Job summary

You will work with Product, R&D, Operations, Compliance, Logistics, and Customer Service to gather requirements, analyse data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

The program seeks students or recent grads in business, analytics, or tech with English fluency; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support product and seller experience initiatives by gathering and analysing feedback and requirements.
• Conduct research on seller, user, market, and competitor trends to identify opportunities.
• Assist with documentation such as BRDs and PRDs and track project progress.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Operations, Logistics and Customer Service to implement improvements.
• Monitor launches and iterate improvements based on feedback.
