Job summary

JD.com invites applications for the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program. This early-career opportunity offers hands-on marketing experience across our global network, with mentorship and real responsibilities for 3–6 months. You will work with cross-functional teams to learn how a fast-paced tech and logistics ecosystem operates.

You will develop foundational skills in planning, campaign coordination, and analytics while contributing to meaningful on-site marketing activities and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrates analytical thinking and comfort with data for decision-making.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to execute tasks accurately.
• Keen to learn and grow from operational execution to marketing planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather campaign requirements and ensure marketing projects are delivered on time.
• Work closely with designers to brief, review, and manage creative assets for on-site marketing campaigns.
• Support the day-to-day operations of on-site marketing activities, ensuring content, visuals, and promotional materials are accurate and well executed.
• Monitor campaign performance and operational metrics, providing insights to support continuous optimisation.
• As capabilities develop, take ownership of planning and coordinating smaller marketing campaigns and operational projects.
