Job summary

JD.com Inc. in London is offering a JD Young HR Efficiency Internship for early-career talent to gain hands-on experience across HR operations, payroll, and cross-functional collaboration within a global tech company.

During 3–6 months, you will support onboarding, transfers, visa assistance, and leave management; assist with payroll processing and benefits, work with Workday and ServiceNow, and respond to employee inquiries, all while developing data analysis and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields.
• Fluent in English; cross-cultural communication and teamwork experience are a plus; Mandarin preferred.
• Proficient in office software; basic data analysis skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding, visa assistance, and leave management.
• Assist with monthly payroll processing, tax reporting, benefits administration and compliance.
• Support and optimize global systems such as Workday and ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with global business units to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions on HR, payroll, or policy topics.
