Job summary

JD.com invites early-career talent to join the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program in London. You will work on real projects in business analysis, risk management, and data governance, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global network.

Over 3–6 months, you’ll build fundamental skills, learn from colleagues across our global network, and contribute to meaningful improvements while developing core competencies in data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or Information Management.
• Final-year students, graduating in 2026/2027.
• Commit to a minimum of 6 months for the internship.
• Related experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within e-commerce or technology.
• High proficiency in SQL with advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business performance analyses and identify operational anomalies.
• Map process vulnerabilities and implement a risk assessment framework.
• Streamline workflows and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Design a data monitoring platform and digitize analytical reporting.
