Job summary

Refresco Drinks UK Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support product lifecycle activities for DRS readiness. Based in Nottingham, the role involves coordinating launches, packaging changes and delists, working cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Commercial teams to meet timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple product and packaging change projects from concept through to launch and eventual delist.
• Owning project plans, critical paths and governance processes to ensure successful delivery of milestones.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within agreed timelines.
• Maintaining accurate project registers and providing regular progress updates and reporting.
• Supporting artwork creation, approval processes and packaging compliance requirements.
• Ensuring all product master data is created and maintained with a high degree of accuracy.
• Managing launch activities including packaging transitions, material changes and obsolescence management.
• Escalating project risks and issues that could impact launch timing, cost or customer commitments.
• Working closely with the wider Product Lifecycle team to ensure effective workload management and business continuity.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product change and commercialisation processes.
