Refresco Drinks UK Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support the product lifecycle changes and regulatory initiatives in the UK drinks sector. You will coordinate launches, packaging changes and delists, working with NPD, Technical, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience within a supply chain function would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Managing multiple product and packaging change projects from concept through to launch and eventual delist.
• Owning project plans, critical paths and governance processes to ensure successful delivery of milestones.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within agreed timelines.
• Maintaining accurate project registers and providing regular progress updates and reporting.
• Supporting artwork creation, approval processes and packaging compliance requirements.
• Ensuring all product master data is created and maintained with a high degree of accuracy.
• Managing launch activities including packaging transitions, material changes and obsolescence management.
• Escalating project risks and issues that could impact launch timing, cost or customer commitments.
• Working closely with the wider Product Lifecycle team to ensure effective workload management and business continuity.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product change and commercialisation processes.
