Job summary

Refresco is seeking a Logistics Network Development Manager for a 9-month fixed-term contract at our Kegworth HQ, with travel to UK sites. You will lead multiple strategic logistics and supply chain initiatives across warehousing, automation and network optimisation to improve performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven project leadership experience, ideally with formal PM qualifications.
• Strong supply chain and logistics expertise in FMCG or distribution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Refresco UK warehouse automation roadmap.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings that increase EBITDA.
• Lead and deliver strategic logistics and supply chain projects across the UK network.
• Develop and maintain the UK Supply Chain improvement roadmap, driving year-on-year efficiency savings.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Engage key stakeholders to obtain, retain and manage the resources required for successful project delivery.
• Manage project risks, dependencies and barriers, escalating where appropriate.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project progress, decisions and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, logistics and customer service functions.
• Support wider Refresco Group initiatives and ensure effective implementation within the UK business.
