Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-op in Lincoln is recruiting for a Product Lead to help drive the tCG transformation from our Support Centre. You will partner with the Commercial Team, Support Centre and project teams to translate business requirements into practical, embedded processes that support our people and our Society.

You’ll lead change initiatives, map current processes, assess risks and support readiness, cutover and pilot activity to ensure a smooth transition and adoption across teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent Lincolnshire Co-op across tCG and cross-ISM forums, providing clear business insight and feedback.
• Work with colleagues to understand current processes and design, agree and embed effective future ways of working.
• Lead business transition and readiness activity, ensuring teams understand and are prepared for change.
• Identify impacts, risks, issues and dependencies, recommending practical solutions and escalating where appropriate.
• Co-ordinate readiness, cutover and pilot activity with IT, project teams and business stakeholders.
• Gather feedback during the pilot and help refine processes, ensuring actions and decisions are followed through.
• Build strong relationships across the Society, keeping colleagues informed, engaged and supported throughout the change.
• Complete documentation, handover and knowledge transfer so that new ways of working can be sustained beyond the project.
