Qualifications

• Experience delivering large IT solutions across diverse sectors.
• Solid background in SDLC and modern delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT solutions across teams and business areas.
• Drive the IT transformational roadmap to align with strategic goals.
• Embed governance, standards and delivery best practices for quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver business value.
• Manage resource planning, team performance, and delivery outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers and maintain schedule.
• Oversee third-party vendors to maximise commercial value and outcomes.
• Support change management and adoption of new systems and ways of working.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory and quality standards across deliveries.
