Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-op is recruiting a Product Lead at the Support Centre in Lincoln to help transition to new ways of working as part of the tCG project. You will work with the Commercial Team, map current processes with the Business Analyst, design the future state and lead readiness, pilot and cutover activities.

This role requires strong commercial knowledge, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to turn ideas into practical solutions that benefit colleagues and the communities

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of current Commercial Team processes and ways of working with tCG.
• Excellent communication, engagement and influencing skills across different teams and levels.
• Collaborative and adaptable approach with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail in process mapping, readiness, cutover and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Lincolnshire Co-op across tCG and cross-ISM forums, providing clear business insight and feedback.
• Work with colleagues to understand current processes and design, agree and embed effective future ways of working.
• Lead business transition and readiness activity, ensuring teams understand and are prepared for change.
• Identify impacts, risks, issues and dependencies, recommending practical solutions and escalating where appropriate.
• Coordinate readiness, cutover and pilot activity with IT, project teams and business stakeholders.
• Gather feedback during the pilot and help refine processes, ensuring actions and decisions are followed through.
• Build strong relationships across the Society, keeping colleagues informed, engaged and supported throughout the change.
