Job summary

Elevation Tech & Transformation in Wakefield is seeking a Product Lead to own the CAFM Reactive Helpdesk and FSM roadmap. You will lead two Product Managers, partner with facilities teams and senior clients, and drive onboarding and platform development.

This hands‑on leadership role blends Product Management, Business Analysis and Delivery. A background in CAFM/FSM or reactive maintenance helps, as does strong stakeholder communication and a disciplined, hybrid delivery approach.

• Proven experience leading a product team with line management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CAFM helpdesk / FSM product roadmap balancing client need, value, and platform stability.
• Elicit requirements with clients and internal stakeholders—user stories, process maps, specs, acceptance criteria.
• Lead structured delivery: onboarding, platform rollouts, governance, RAID logs, stakeholder updates.
• Mentor and manage two Product Managers and shape PM function.
