Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Manchester is seeking a Helpdesk Supervisor to lead a small team of Helpdesk Advisors on site, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and contractual SLAs.

You will coach and mentor staff, tailor training, plan call outs and maintenance visits, and manage the CAFM system to deliver reliable reporting and continuous improvement.

This role operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, within a dynamic facilities management environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Helpdesk Advisor team on site.
• Ensure the Life Cycle of a Work Order is understood and handed over to the operations team.
• Provide Training Needs Analysis for Helpdesk Advisors and ensure required training is delivered.
• Evaluate, review and implement continuous improvement processes.
