Job summary

Nexcade in London is building an AI-powered platform for freight forwarders, and we are seeking a Product Lead to shape the roadmap and translate strategy into shipped products.

You will work closely with the founders and with customers across commercial and operations roles to turn complex logistics workflows into simple, trusted solutions, driving growth and adoption in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading B2B product in complex domains.
• Ability to turn complex workflows into simple, trusted products.
• Strong technical fluency to work with AI, data and integrations.
• Excellent judgment with data-driven decision making.
• High agency, ownership and ability to operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, priorities and performance of core products from problem to adoption.
• Partner with founders on overall product direction and strategy.
• Work with freight forwarders and customers to uncover needs and build solutions.
• Prototype with AI tools and collaborate with engineering to move ideas to production.
• Define success metrics and write clear specs and decisions.
