Job summary

Nexcade, London-based, is building an AI-driven operating system for freight forwarding. As the founding sales leader, you will partner with the CEO to win deals now and establish repeatable playbooks for rapid growth.

You will own the full sales cycle, build a pipeline using multi-channel strategies, and craft a compelling product story for diverse buyers. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup with meaningful equity.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing quota in B2B SaaS or logistics tech.
• Experience at an early-stage company with no playbook.
• Logistics or freight forwarding domain knowledge preferred.
• Technical fluency to discuss AI, APIs, and integrations with buyers.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle sales from outreach to contract signing.
• Build a multi-channel demand-gen pipeline and AI-assisted outreach.
• Own the product storytelling and customer demos.
• Navigate complex sales with multiple stakeholders and long cycles.
• Manage customer relationships post-sale through onboarding and expansion.
• Lay the sales foundations with repeatable playbooks and a scalable stack.
