Job summary

Nexcade in London is building an AI-enabled operating system for logistics professionals, transforming how people communicate and optimize the trillions of dollars spent annually in the sector. You will own the roadmap and define the customer problems through to launch and adoption.

This is a hands-on product leadership role: you’ll work closely with founders and engineers, shape strategy across freight-forwarding workflows, and translate complex needs into simple, trusted products.

Qualifications

• Own the roadmap and prioritize product work for a complex B2B product.
• Define customer problems and measure impact of solutions.
• Turn ideas into prototypes and drive adoption through launches.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, priorities and performance of specific products from problem definition to launch and adoption.
• Collaborate with founders on overall direction and strategy.
• Work with freight-forwarders across commercial and operational roles to understand needs.
• Turn ideas into working prototypes and test with customers.
• Work hands-on with engineering to move ideas into production.
• Define success metrics, validate assumptions and scale.
