Job summary

Nexcade AI in London is seeking a founding sales leader to partner with our CEO to win deals now and to put in place the process, tooling and playbooks that make the next ones predictable.

You will drive full-cycle sales, build a multi-channel pipeline, master the product story, navigate complex sales, manage post-sale relationships and establish scalable foundations for the first 10 sales hires.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing complex B2B SaaS or logistics deals and hitting quota.
• Experience building GTM strategy and playbooks at early-stage startups.
• Ability to discuss AI, automation, APIs and data flows with technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle sales from outreach to contract signature and quota attainment.
• Build a multi-channel pipeline with events, ABM, and AI-enabled outreach.
• Own product storytelling and ensure demos resonate with stakeholders.
• Navigate complex sales with freight forwarding operations and IT buyers.
• Manage post-sale relationships, onboarding and expansion opportunities.
• Lay foundations for scalable sales with CRM, tools and repeatable playbooks.
