Job summary

TechTree in London is seeking a senior product leader to define the app's future. You will decide what the product becomes, guided by founders and the Product Growth Lead, while owning the roadmap and daily details.

You'll lead a team of ~10, including PMs, engineering leads (iOS/Android/backend), a UI designer, QA, and UX research partner. A strong product intuition and data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, with 3+ years owning a consumer mobile app (iOS + Android).
• At least 2 years leading other people.
• Experience shipping a product that reached 1M MAU and driving growth.
• Strong product vision and daily attention to detail.
• Technical literacy in mobile, backend and AI pipelines; able to discuss trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own the app's product direction and feature roadmap.
• Lead a ~10-person team including PMs, engineering leads, QA, UI/UX.
• Make daily, data-driven product decisions guided by founders and growth lead.
• Demonstrate impact with metrics like retention, sessions, and activation.
