Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, including consumer mobile apps (iOS and Android)
• Direct people management experience (2+ years)
• Proven track record of scaling a consumer app from 100K to 1M+ MAU
• Deep experience running live A/B tests and improving retention/engagement

Responsibilities

• Own the entire product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a consumer mobile app
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data specialists
• Drive growth from 100K to 1M+ MAU through data-informed decisions
• Run live A/B tests and experiments to move retention and conversion metrics
• Make technical trade-offs with engineering around mobile and backend architecture
• Define product strategy for a creation-first, UGC-focused application
• Manage AI pipelines and their impact on QA and release planning
