Chain Reaction Recruiters is seeking a Product Lead for a new mobile gaming platform that blends short-form content with AI-generated games. You will own the product direction, set the vision, and drive activation, retention and engagement across iOS and Android.

This hands-on leadership role manages a cross-functional team and requires strong product judgment, ownership of roadmap decisions, and collaboration with founders.

Formación

• 6+ years in product management with consumer mobile apps.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Direct experience building or scaling social/UGC apps.
• Proven ownership of activation, retention and engagement metrics.
• Experience growing MAU from 100K to 1M+ users.
• Experience running live A/B testing programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Own product direction: set vision and priorities, final decisions on what gets built.
• Drive activation and retention with onboarding and engagement strategies.
• Scale the product to grow from 100K to 1M+ MAU monthly.
• Lead cross-functional team across engineering, design, QA and research.
• Run a live A/B testing programme and validate ideas with data.
• Collaborate with founders and Growth Lead on roadmap and priorities.
