Job summary

TechTree is a backed consumer startup building a new category between social video and gaming: a mobile app with a feed of playable games created from text prompts. The product is live on the App Store and the London team is being built now.

As Growth lead, you own the growth of the product, focusing on organic channels, product loops, and measured bets. You will test ideas, define weekly plans, and work directly with founders and engineers in London.

Qualifications

• Owned growth for a company with a target agreed with the CEO for 12+ months.
• Built product loops that made users bring users: referral, sharing, invite or content loops shipped inside a product, with measurable numbers.
• Led growth for a consumer mobile app while it grew multi-fold, with dates aligned to user growth.
• Ran in-house paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok or Google), used attribution tools and used paid to test ideas, not to buy growth.
• Experimentation over bulldozing: focus on a few bets with conviction.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies focused on organic growth.
• Collaborate with founders, product lead and engineers to embed growth loops.
• Prepare weekly plans and ship bets with measurable impact.
