Qualifications

• Staff- or Principal-level design craft delivered autonomously and end-to-end.
• Track record of taking products from zero-to-one in ambiguous, fast-moving spaces.
• Ownership of complex domains, partnering closely with Product and Engineering.
• Experience shipping native mobile (iOS and Android) experiences.
• Decisions grounded in research and data, with advanced Figma and design-systems fluency.
• Strategic presence with senior stakeholders, and fluency bringing AI into your design workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own design vision, strategy and execution for a nascent product area, from discovery to launch.
• Partner as an equal with Product and Engineering leadership, and advocate for users in senior forums.
• Ship high-craft, mobile-first experiences on native iOS and Android, grounded in research and data.
• Set the quality bar, mentor others, and contribute to our global design system.
