Zusammenfassung

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the vision for Personalisation and Loyalty, leading two product areas including H&BMe, aligning product teams to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes across digital and in-store experiences.

You'll work with technology, data, marketing and design, using customer insights and experimentation to drive engagement, conversion and retention, while supporting broader digital transformation and delivering a maternity leave cover.

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to join us on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave, and help shape the future of personalisation and loyalty across our digital and in-store experiences.

You'll lead two exciting product areas, including our H&B&Me loyalty programme, bringing teams together to create relevant, rewarding experiences that help customers feel supported on their wellness journeys.

What you'll be doing

Work closely with technology, data, marketing and design teams to bring ideas to life.

What you'll bring

• Experience leading customer-facing digital products and product strategy.

Knowledge of personalisation, loyalty or digital customer experiences.
