Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Scotland is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This six‑month fixed‑term contract runs 30 hours per week.

The successful candidate will empower colleagues, model great service and help customers find the right health and wellness products. You will coach, motivate and develop staff, drive sales, stock availability and visual merchandising, and ensure compliant, safe store operations.

What you'll be doing

• Lead by example, supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store goals.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues, helping them build confidence, product knowledge and deliver their best every day.
• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
• Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
• Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.

What you'll bring

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.

• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
