Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Leicester is seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers, help them choose products aligned with their wellness goals and deliver exceptional service. You will support promotions, keep shelves tidy, and work with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Training will build product knowledge and trusted guidance. The role emphasises a friendly, proactive approach, curiosity about health and wellness, and comfort using tablets and digital tools in a busy retail

• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
• Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
