Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a part-time Supervisor for 20 hours per week to lead the store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach colleagues, drive sales and ensure product knowledge supports customers on their wellness journeys.

In this fast-paced retail role, you’ll manage stock, merchandising and day-to-day operations while upholding safety and compliant practices, fostering an inclusive environment for everyone.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead by example, supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store goals.

• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
• Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
• Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
