Howden is a global insurance group and is recruiting a Product Governance Manager to ensure regulatory requirements are met while delivering positive customer outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to embed governance practices and maintain compliance across the organisation.

This role suits someone with a strong compliance background, analytical ability, and the skill to translate complex rules into practical controls.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Product Governance, Consumer Duty and Fair Value concepts.
• Experience in a 1st/2nd line of defense compliance role in insurance.
• Ability to implement governance processes across business lines.
• Proven track record working with senior management and shaping policy.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Senior Management to ensure regulatory expectations are met.
• Assist in assessment and approval of new or changed products via Product Governance Committee.
• Embed product governance principles and practices across the business.
• Develop and deliver training on relevant governance processes.
• Serve as primary contact for information requests and related activities.
