Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of regulatory expectations regarding Product Governance, Consumer Duty & Fair Value assessments.
• Experience implementing systems and controls across diverse business profiles in insurance.
• Experience in a compliance role (1st/2nd LOD) within an Insurance Intermediary, Insurer or MGA.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Management and stakeholders to meet regulatory expectations.
• Assist in the assessment and approval process for new products and changes through the Product Governance Committee.
• Embed product governance principles and practices within the business.
• Develop and deliver training on relevant processes to enhance understanding and compliance.
• Serve as the primary contact for Information Requests, FVAs, Product Reviews/Approvals, and related activities.
