Job summary

AFH Wealth Management seeks a Product Governance Lead to design, operate and oversee the firm's Product Governance framework, ensuring FCA PROD, Consumer Duty and SYSC compliance. You will act as the compliance authority to the Product Governance Committee, enhance due diligence for new products, and embed outcome metrics and target market assessments.

Qualifications

Experience in UK retail investment product governance
Knowledge of FCA PROD, Consumer Duty, and SYSC
Experience operating within SM&CR environments
Ability to challenge constructively while maintaining independence
Strong analytical, documentation and governance skills

Responsibilities

Oversee and continuously enhance the Product Governance framework ensuring compliance with FCA PROD, Consumer Duty and SYSC.
Oversee product and service due diligence for onboarding new products and proposition elements.
Oversee risk-based periodic and trigger-based product review cycles.
Embed Consumer Duty outcomes metrics into product onboarding and reviews.
Ensure target market assessments are embedded within due diligence and reviews.
Act as the compliance authority to the Product Governance Committee.
