This is an excellent opportunity to take full ownership of Product Governance, Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty within a growing Lloyd's business, with scope to shape the framework and influence underwriting decisions.

Qualifications

• Regulatory framework experience across product governance, conduct risk and consumer duty.
• Ability to translate FCA/Lloyd’s requirements into practical product changes.
• Strong collaboration with underwriting and senior leadership to embed requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Governance Framework and ensure it's embedded across the business.
• Partner with Underwriting, Claims and Delegated Authority to challenge product design and outcomes.
• Lead the implementation of Consumer Duty and four customer outcomes.
• Own product approvals, reviews and event-driven reviews with stakeholders.
• Lead target market, distribution strategy and fair value assessments.
