Job summary

• Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with ability to implement frameworks.

Product & Conduct Risk Analyst

An exciting opportunity for a Product & Conduct Risk Analyst to join a leading insurance business, reporting directly to the Operations Director.

This is a broad, hands‑on role focused on developing and enhancing the Product Oversight and Governance Framework, working closely with Underwriting, Delegated Authorities, Compliance, Claims and Risk.

The business is looking for a proactive doer who can take ownership, implement processes and drive meaningful improvements across product governance and conduct risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Product Oversight and Governance Framework.
• Coordinate Product Oversight Group meetings and maintain governance documentation.
• Undertake Product Conduct Risk and Fair Value Assessments.
• Identify and monitor product and conduct risks, driving remedial actions.
• Analyse product MI and customer outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
• Support regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.

About You
