Qualifications

• Experience in Product Governance, Conduct Risk or Compliance within the insurance market.
• Strong understanding of Consumer Duty, FCA regulations and PROD requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with management information.
• Confident stakeholder manager across multiple business functions.
• Hands-on, solutions-focused approach with ability to implement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the Product Oversight and Governance Framework.
• Coordinate Product Oversight Group meetings and maintain governance documentation.
• Undertake Product Conduct Risk and Fair Value Assessments.
• Identify and monitor product and conduct risks, driving remedial actions.
• Analyse product MI and customer outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
• Support regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.
