Job summary

Allstate NI is seeking a hands-on Product Engineer for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to drive enterprise automation. You will design, build, and productize reusable infrastructure solutions that enable teams to provision, manage, and operate infrastructure through code.

The role collaborates with platform, server, security, networking and application teams to transform delivery into a resilient, automated operating model across CEP. This role is open across multiple levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure as Code
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for infra deployments
• Proven ability to build reusable IaC modules and automation
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Env0, Puppet or equivalent
• Knowledge of cloud infra, networking, security, and identity management
• Ability to work with platform teams to drive IaC adoption and governance

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise IaC strategy, standards, governance, and adoption roadmap
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure automation across omni-hosted platforms
• Build reusable modules, templates, and self-service automation capabilities
• Develop automation using Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Puppet, Rundeck, Python
• Drive CI/CD, security, testing, and deployment automation for infrastructure
• Create documentation and enablement materials for IaC tooling and practices
