Job summary

Teton in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Engineer to own customer-facing features from initial conversations with care teams to production. You’ll work across web, mobile, and APIs, cutting scope, and delivering deployments that genuinely reduce the time to answer a request while maintaining privacy and reliability.

You’ll collaborate with care staff and success teams, ship MVPs quickly, and shape the backend, data models, and services.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript skills and React experience.
• Experience building full-stack features across web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with relational databases and API design.
• Ability to translate user feedback into concrete product decisions.
• Startup experience or ownership of a shipped product.

Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Own features end-to-end across web, mobile, and APIs.
• Customer Insight: Talk to care staff weekly and translate feedback into scope.
• Fast Iteration: Break designs into MVPs and iterate based on usage.
• Backend & APIs: Design data models and services behind features.
• Quality, Privacy & Safety: Prioritize health data privacy and strict access controls.
