Job summary

Teton.ai is building AI-powered healthcare tools used by care teams. The Software Engineer will join the Mobile team, delivering 24/7 real-time alerts and monitoring in care facilities.

You’ll work across the full stack from React Native UI to backend infrastructure, shaping systems that directly impact patient safety. Expect to own features end-to-end, enhance reliability, and collaborate across markets and languages.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript skills and React Native/Expo production experience.
• Comfortable across the stack including databases, queues, or cloud infra.
• Experience with native iOS or Android development (Kotlin/Swift) is a plus.
• Familiar with real-time systems and push notifications.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from design discussions through production rollout.
• Keep real-time alert pipeline reliable and debug push deliveries.
• Work across backend services, databases, cloud infra, and internal platforms.
• Build automated test coverage across devices and OS versions.
• Improve shared components and build pipelines for faster shipping.
