Job summary

Teton is seeking a talented Product Engineer to own customer-facing features from initial conversations with care teams to production in web, mobile, and APIs. You'll work across the stack to shrink the time from request to deployed solution while upholding reliability and residents' data privacy.

You'll collaborate with care staff, customer success, and designers; break big designs into MVPs, build APIs, and ensure privacy by default with auditability and staged rollouts.

Qualifications

• Strong TypeScript skills central to all builds.
• Production experience with React on web and/or React Native.
• Comfort across the stack with backend APIs and PostgreSQL.
• Strong product sense and ability to work with designers.
• Able to turn user feedback into concrete decisions.
• Startup experience or history shipping a product end-to-end.
• Strong problem-solving and autonomous yet collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from design to production rollout.
• Talk to care staff and customer success weekly; gather insights.
• Break designs into small shippable pieces and iterate.
• Design and build APIs, data models and services.
• Ship with privacy by default and robust access controls.
