Teton is seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to own customer-facing features from the first conversation with a care team to the feature running in production. Care workers rely on our product during every shift and care managers use it to follow up on their residents, on mobile and on the web.

This isn't a ticket-taking role. You'll talk to users, cut scope, build the features, and check afterwards whether what you shipped actually made a shift easier.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience building production web applications.
• Strong TypeScript skills and React experience.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing, with a focus on code quality.
• Great product sense and UX, ability to collaborate with designers.
• Comfortable talking with non-technical users and turning feedback into decisions.
• Previous startup experience and ownership over product outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Own features end-to-end from design discussions to production rollout across web, mobile, and APIs.
• Talk to care staff and customer success, visit facilities, translate feedback into scope.
• Improve code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests; contribute to guardrails for safe AI coding agents.
• Collaborate on backend APIs, data models, and services underlying features.
• Ship with privacy and safety in mind, manage staged rollouts to avoid disrupting alerts.
