Calling all foodies! Are you a recent Food Science/Technology graduate or an experienced Development Technologist looking for a change of scene and exciting new products?

Do you offer:

• BSc Food Science/Technology or related degree
• Intermediate Food Hygiene
• HNC Food Science/Technology
• BTEC Food Science

1-2 years development experience preferable, although recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

As a Development Technologist at Premier Foods, you will:

• Be responsible for developing new products through project work from ideas to implementation.
• Support the delivery of new and existing product development for the related product area.
• Assist with pilot plant trials and factory trials with operations, process, and site technical teams at relevant sites. Liaise with all site functions to progress projects.
• Support the generation of documentation and processes related to projects.
• Monitor current trends and consumer food behaviors.
• Work with the S&PG team to enhance consumer and sensory understanding of the category.
• Understand ingredients related to specific products and collaborate with suppliers.
• Maintain contact with internal and external organizations to ensure issues are assessed and addressed.
• Coordinate with technical support functions at all manufacturing sites (internal and co-manufacture) to ensure efficient program delivery.
