Job Description:

We are partnered exclusively with this innovative and exciting fashion and accessories brand.

They require an 18-month maternity FTC Product Development Manager or Senior Product Developer to ensure the timely delivery of a cost-effective, sustainable, and commercial collection for this Ecommerce brand.

This role would also be suitable for a Buyer with PD experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development of fashion garments and accessories
• Building and planning ranges with merchandising
• Negotiating all costings and setting pricing structures
• Managing the supplier base to ensure the right partnerships for the right products
• Ensuring the designer's vision is delivered
• Sourcing fabric and trims
• Maintaining critical path and delivery schedules
• Attending and contributing to trade meetings
• Reviewing data analytically to suggest improvements for future collections
• Participating in fittings with the garment technology team to ensure product commerciality
• Leading and inspiring the team, working closely with other departments
