Job summary

Reserv is seeking a Product Development Lead for AiDE to define a new product line at the intersection of the London market carriers and Reserv's engineering teams. You will drive the roadmap and act as the technical face of AiDE with carriers, translating market needs into prioritized product features.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product or technical account roles within insurance with London market exposure.
• Experience with bordereaux and cash book reconciliation.
• Ability to interface with high-value carrier customers.
• Strong technical credibility with engineers, able to interrogate data.
• Track record shipping high-quality product at high cadence.
• Willingness to take on tasks outside core competency.

Responsibilities

• Shape AiDE roadmap as the London market expert.
• Translate market needs into prioritized features based on hypotheses.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to ship outcomes.
• Manage carrier relationships technically from pre-sale to post-sale.
• Prioritize features with clear must-have vs nice-to-have.
• Influence culture and processes of the growing product/engineering team.
