Job summary

QVC Group in Knowsley is seeking a warehouse operative for an onsite role. You will unload deliveries, move stock, operate warehouse trucks and support returns, using data entry to keep operations accurate.

This temporary position runs until 31 March 2027, with a guaranteed 22.5 hours per week and potential to flex up to 15 more hours. Shifts are Mon-Sat 11:00–23:00, with two weeks' notice of hours, and MHE training provided.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is beneficial, especially in inbound/goods-in.
• Basic PC skills including data entry.
• Eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle goods up to 25KG.
• Willingness to work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Flexibility to support Returns team when needed.
• Ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines.
• Energy, motivation and teamwork.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Must be 18+ for roles operating warehouse trucks; full MHE training provided.

Responsibilities

• Move stock safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Flex into the Returns team to process returns and refunds accurately.
• Use computer systems to complete data entry and navigate between screens.
• Consolidate returned products with care and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively to meet deadlines and provide a quality service.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Knowsley location daily.

Work hours –

• Guaranteed 22.5 hours per week which can be flexed up to a further 15 hours per week.
• The hours we allocate to you each week will be within the availability of Monday-Saturday between 11:00-23:00
• You will be given 2 weeks' notice of your working hours each week.

Temporary until 31 March 2027.

What You'll Do

• Unload goods from deliveries and containers, handling items weighing up to 25KG.
• Operate multiple warehouse trucks to move and locate received products and maximise available storage space, including working at heights of up to 30 feet.
• Move stock safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Flex into the Returns team as and when required to process customer returns and refunds accurately.
• Use computer systems to complete data entry and navigate between different screens.
• Consolidate returned products and ensure goods are handled with care and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively to meet operational deadlines and provide a quality service to our customers.
