Job summary

Social Security Scotland is seeking two Product Coordinators to support delivery of complex business and technology change initiatives, coordinating activity across the product lifecycle. You will provide essential support across planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and delivery coordination to keep programmes organised, informed and on track to achieve their objectives. These are fixed-term roles with potential permanency depending on business requirements.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive with strong coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating activities across product lifecycle would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning across programmes and ensure governance requirements are met.
• Support reporting, stakeholder engagement and delivery coordination to keep programmes on track.
• Collaborate with Product Leads, delivery specialists and technical teams to deliver outcomes.
