Job summary

Social Security Scotland is seeking two Product Coordinators on fixed‑term appointments (23 months) to support the delivery of key programmes. You will help plan, govern and coordinate activities across multiple teams, ensuring information is accurate and governance requirements are met in a fast‑paced delivery environment.

In this role you will collaborate closely with product leads, delivery specialists and business stakeholders to track progress, maintain plans and produce management

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating activities within a project or change environment.
• Experience communicating clearly with stakeholders through meetings, reports or presentations.
• Experience maintaining delivery documentation and governance records.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of product and project activities.
• Support the delivery manager with delivery plans, schedules and tracking information.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and governance activities; ensure actions are recorded and followed up.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, reports and management information.
• Maintain team spaces (e.g. Confluence) and logs (risks, issues, actions, assumptions, dependencies).
• Support stakeholder engagement and timely information sharing across delivery teams.
• Assist in governance papers, status reports and briefing materials.
• Collaborate with design, development, testing, implementation and post‑implementation teams.
• Monitor milestones and escalate concerns when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, coordination and reporting.
