Job summary

Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland) seeks a proactive Technology Services Project Support Officer to join the Technology Services team. The role supports planning, governance, reporting and delivery across technology initiatives, working with project managers and stakeholders.

Based at the National Distribution Centre, Larkhall, the post operates a hybrid pattern with 36 hours per week. Ideal candidates will have experience in project or service support in large organisations,

Qualifications

• Experience providing project or service support in a complex organisation.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Word).
• Strong organisation and communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive project and service support across Technology Services initiatives.
• Support governance activity: papers, meetings, minute taking and action tracking.
• Assist with reporting: progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
