Job summary

Social Security Scotland is seeking two Product Coordinators to support delivery of complex business and technology change initiatives, coordinating activity across the product lifecycle. You will provide essential support across planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and delivery coordination to keep programmes organised, informed and on track to achieve their objectives. These are fixed-term roles with potential permanency depending on business requirements.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and proactive with strong coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating activities across product lifecycle would be advantageous.

Job description

This is a Fixed Term Appointment opportunity for 23 months with the possibility of permanency dependent on business requirements.

These roles, within the Fraud, Error and Debt teams, offer an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced delivery environment, supporting product and project teams to plan and coordinate activities, maintain delivery information and ensure programme governance requirements are met. You will play an important role in helping teams deliver outcomes that support both organisational priorities and service users across Scotland.

You will join a team responsible for delivering complex business and technology change initiatives that support Social Security Scotland's strategic objectives. Working closely with Product Leads, delivery specialists, business stakeholders and technical teams, you will help coordinate delivery activity throughout the product lifecycle.
