Job summary

Waystone in London is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide support services and project administration for custody operations, including openings, updates to markets, and wind-ups. You will handle day-to-day custody inquiries, document completion, and maintain governance logs and procedures.

In this role you will own smaller changes, support product changes and mergers, and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate fund operations and timely project delivery within a regulated

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in asset management in a product development or operations environment.
• Experience of full life cycle for fund custody requirements.
• Track record of delivering quality work to deadlines.
• Excellent time management and follow-through skills.
• Knowledge of regulated environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide support services and project administration for custody openings and updates.
• Manage day-to-day custody enquiries and issue resolution.
• Maintain logs, procedures and checklists for governance.
• Support product development and launch pipeline and reporting to the wider business.
• Assist in mergers, transfers, liquidations and product changes.
